UBRIACO DI RABOSO WINNER AT ALMA CASEUS 2014

Award ceremony at Cibus of Parma



With great pleasure and satisfaction, our Ubriaco di Raboso ranked the third place at the competition ALMA CASEUS 2014, in the 'EMOTION CHEESE' class.

Over 400 cheeses have been examined by the International School of Italian Cuisine, who awarded the finalists Thursday, May 8th during the exhibition Cibus at Parma.

An award that fill us with joy especially because is tied to a cheese that has a special value for our family: Ubriaco di Raboso is indeed our first ripened cheese and we have been producing it since the year 1976.
