Blu '61 has been included in the cheese list of the famous Restaurant           LE MEURICE in the centre of Paris, in Rue de Rivoli.


The Chef Christophe Saintagne, after tasting our blue cheese aged in Raboso passito wine and cranberries, decided to assign it an honour place in his prestigious selection of cheeses.
