MALAYSIA: cooking lessons with Basajo and Blu'61

Blu '61 and Basajo arrives to Malaysia. 

The Bocus d'Or Academy and the Berjaya University College of Hospitality have recently     activated high-level culinary courses that uses our cheeses during the lessons as               ingredients for preparing their dishes. 

The courses are held by the best Chefs and Cheese Master and aim to create                   professionals, inspiring culinary excellence and make the career of young chefs more         meaningful by offering them the opportunity to compete and represent Malaysia at the     prestigious Bocus d'Or Competition held every two years.

What can we say.. BLU '61 AND BASAJO DOCENT!
