Trio of Exotic Salads with Don Olivo, Don Carlo and Carnia Altobut

“Don Olivo” cheese
Prepare separately the cheeses in flakes.
Put the misticanza in the half of each fruit adding flakes of : Don Olivo cheese in the maracuja, Carnia Altobut mezzano in the gradanilla, Don Carlo in the passion fruit.
Season with part of the pulp of each fruit and add the dressing made up of yogurt, apples, fruit’s pulp and extra virgin olive oil.
We thought about these small cups of salads with fresh and exotic fruit balanced by cheeses for delicate palates.
