This was Antonio Carpenedo’s first creation for the Cantina® Cheeses range, dating back to 1976, with the introduction of the Ubriaco® trademark, a result of the rich transformation method created by Antonio Carpenedo. This was how it started, a new beginning for a 40-year success, during which there has been no end to experimentations and never once has high quality been compromised.
